Signature Referral Company is a division of RE/MAX Signature and was created by the request of former RE/MAX Signature agents wanting to retire or take on new ventures. The referral company allows our friends to stay connected to the RE/MAX Signature family and still receive income by referring their friends and family to RE/MAX Signature’s high producing agents. We welcome all active real estate licensee’s to join our referral team! We are proud to say, RE/MAX Signature is the #1 individual office in the Daytona Beach MLS for Total Transactions Sold since 2011!



Walter Borgen is the broker/owner of RE/MAX Signature, Signature Referral Company, RE/MAX Signature Property Management Division and Sales Manager for MG on the Halifax. After a successful career as a RE/MAX Agent, Walter opened his own firm in 2005, now a home for almost 50 Top agents in the Daytona Beach area. Walter is the broker you want on your side. He is a mentor, a caring professional and he is always committed to your success! 

Jessica Cognitore is the office manager for RE/MAX Signature. Jessica comes from a Marketing/Graphic Design/Technology background and has been with the firm since 2007. She focuses on the positive growth of RE/MAX Signature, agents & staff; ensures marketing success and is a licensed member of Signature Referral Company. Jessica will take care of you whether you are a full time agent with RE/MAX Signature or a member of our referral company. What ever it is, she will get it done!
